Villa Borboleta

Villa Borboleta is a beautiful two-story villa located on the hill of Geremeas Residence, with a splendid sea view and only 400 meters from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), reachable in 5 minutes on foot. The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is only allowed to those who have the remote control that opens the gate. Villa Borboleta can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one triple bedroom with bunk beds, and two bathrooms. The property is accessed via a characteristic staircase that leads from the parking area to the main terrace with breathtaking sea views. Villa Borboleta is located at the highest point of the Geremeas amphitheater, which keeps the terrace cool and breezy. From here, you enter the main entrance, which opens onto the living room with double sofas, dining room, and TV area. This area is air-conditioned. A French window near the dining table leads to an internal courtyard where there are clotheslines and a typical brick oven where you can bake pizza, the typical Sardinian suckling pig, and grill food, as well as a classic BBQ. To the left of the entrance is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and even a bread machine. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and washing machine. The last room on the ground floor is a delightful double bedroom. Climbing the stairs leads to the sleeping area, where we immediately find a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and window, a triple bedroom with bunk beds and a stunning sea view, and a double bedroom (which can be converted into a twin bedroom) with a large terrace with a ping pong table. The double bedroom overlooks a large terrace with a table and chairs and a double sea/garden view. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/ dehumidifier/heat pump. Wi-Fi internet connection is included. The house is well-kept and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays.

GEREMEAS RESIDENCE

Geremeas Residence is a private condominium, the perfect place to spend your holidays in total tranquility and security. There is the presence of a caretaker and most of the houses, as well as access to Marongiu beach, are protected by an automatic gate. This allows the central part of the beach to remain pleasant even in the peak seasons, as it is further away from the public parking areas.The condominium was built in the 70s by a well-known architect, the characteristic white houses have the same architectural setting despite being each different from the other and are surrounded by large gardens, ensuring privacy, shaded areas and outdoor relaxation. The condominium is a real pearl of the south-east coast of Sardinia and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful and numerous bays of the area, as well as the nearby hinterland, where you can find interesting archaeological sites and the Parco dei Sette Fratelli, ideal destination for lovers of excursions and nature.

Geremeas Residence is located in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, reachable from the beautiful panoramic road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius or from the faster new internal state road.It overlooks a beautiful bay three kilometers long in the eastern part of the Golfo degli Angeli, characterized by three contiguous beaches of white sand, surrounded by promontories covered with Mediterranean scrub and by a sea of infinite blue shades. The bay is located in the municipalities of Quartu Sant'Elena and Maracalagonis, centers from which it is just over twenty kilometers away. The limit between the two territories is the Riu Geremeas river, which during the winter greatly increases the flow leading to the sea, while in summer it reduces by creating a small pond near the coast, an ideal habitat for a nice colony of ducks.The central part of the bay, also called Marongiu beach, is located right in front of Geremeas Residence and is characterized by clear and thin sand, it is immersed in a crystal clear sea and is protected by sand dunes surrounded by greenery. The western part is the beach of Kala 'e Moru (landing of the Saracen), in the territory of Quartu: a beach of very small golden grains lapped by a clear sea with iridescent colors and a sandy bottom. In the hill above the beach stands the homonymous village, which the Bruncu de su Monte Moru promontory separates from the magnificent cove of Mari Pintau (painted sea). The eastern part, in addition to the river, is the beach of Baccu Mandara, in the territory of Maracalagonis, with golden, soft and slightly larger grain sand, steep on the shore.The beaches of Geremeas are equipped with services and refreshment points, rental of bathing equipment and boats. During the winter, when the mistral blows, the bay becomes an ideal destination for kitesurf and windsurf lovers. In the evening you can comfortably admire beautiful sunsets, with the sun slowly "hiding" behind Cagliari.
